I am proficient in building vanguard assemblies, making sure all clips are fastened, and hardware is in the right place.
I have constructed hollow tie hst assemblies, insuring they meet specifications, and passing the electrical tests, insuring the tie is properly insulated.
I ran a cnc machine called the pedding haus, cutting and punching all the needed plates for vanguard chairs, frog packs, line plates, gauge plates, etc.
I ran a wood tie drilling machine drilling holes in ties, those ties then get the according plates installed on them. The finished ties then get laid out on the turn out for assembly.
