  • Parallel to my corporate work, I founded the Resilience Team Dynamics framework, a human-centered leadership model that strengthens psychological safety, adaptability, and collaboration. RTD bridges the gap between Agile theory and real-world application by helping leaders build environments where people feel safe, valued, and connected. This approach has shaped the way I lead high-stakes initiatives, align stakeholders, and build resilient teams capable of delivering under pressure.

I bring a leadership style rooted in people first, aligned execution, and operational discipline. These principles create the clarity and cohesion needed for teams and organizations to grow and perform with confidence. I believe that when you take care of the people, the people will take care of the work. There is no single “right way” to implement Agile, so I adapt frameworks to fit people, not the other way around.
