My name is Isaac Perez, I'm 21 years old.
I've always seen myself as a leader, even when I was little I would be willing to take responsibilities like being in charge of my classroom and taking the lead in organization. When I start something I try to learn everything as fast as possible so I can look for different ways of improving and organizing things. When I first joined Chipotle I knew since the first day that it wouldn't be easy, because it is a very fast paced job. But I'm not a quitter. So I did my best to get better. I struggled, but after just 3 months they were already considering me for the Kitchen Manager position, and 3 more months later (that is 6 months total since I joined Chipotle) I was ServSafe certificated and promoted to Kitchen Manager. I worked that position since for a year and then got promoted to Service Manager. My objective for this company would be to do that same thing again and do it with the same if not an even better sense of responsibility. I would also like to gather more experience and being able to improve and develop skills that make me capable of performing my job to the best of my ability whilst contributing to the company's growth and success. I like having a strong sense of responsibility and I always strive to get things done the way they're supposed to.
