Summary

I am a reliable, hardworking team player. As a technician, I would not only complete my jobs but also help other technicians who were struggling with jobs or just needed assistance operating a forklift. There was no job too big when working together. I began to grow as a technician after receiving my PACCAR engines certificate. That is when I started diagnosing parasitic draws and communication issues on j1939 networks. When I was promoted to a working foreman, I prioritized teaching technicians to work on a truck from the grille to rear mudflaps. I quickly learned how to work with different personalities and how to encourage each tech to perform to the best they can.
