I took over the department until they could find a replacement. I supervised 30 employees. During my tenure I was able to slowly improve our overall guest scores. Employee morale was much improved.
I was on a contract. I did live on property. The hotel eventually closed permanently.
Reviewed and approved billing invoices and expense reports, and coordinated the approval and rejection of lines of credit,Received recorded and banked cash, checks and vouchers. Reconciled records all bank transactions. Received Operations of property, including working desk/night audit shifts.
The property is now a America Best Value Inn.
Daily Operation of Property. Scheduled Front Office Staff, including training at times, worked shifts including Night Audit when necessary.
Worked closely with Sales Manager on marketing plans.
The property is now a Holiday Inn and Suites North Austin.
