It is a family-owned business, so my tasks change. We currently have one location we are working at. Whenever we have people working for us, I turn into the quality control manager. For now the stuff listed below are my daily tasks

• Swept and mopped floors, cleaned bathrooms, and emptied trash receptacles daily.
• Dusted surfaces, including tables and chairs.
• Cleaned kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, microwaves, fryers, grills, and hoods.
• Cleaned windows and mirrors in the restaurant area.
• Vacuumed carpets regularly to ensure they remain free from dust particles.

This job is interesting because I was hired as a cameraman to record practices. I would go up 40 feet on a lift daily to record. I know how to operate a lift correctly and safely. I then got extra assignments as the season continued. I was paired with the equipment manager. I would help set up during game days and travel days. As the assistant manager, I would do the tasks listed below.

• Remained calm and professional in stressful circumstances and effectively diffused tense situations.
• Completed thorough opening, closing, and shift change functions to maintain operational standards each day.
• Provided support to coaches and athletes in selecting appropriate equipment for their sport or event.
• Ensured proper storage of all equipment when not in use, including cleaning and disinfecting items as necessary.
• Performed minor repairs on damaged or malfunctioning pieces of sports-related gear.
• Checked out equipment on day-by-day basis to identify concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Managed equipment, tools and truck inventory efficiently to ensure supply met demand.
• Assigned equipment to users based on specific needs.

I was by CJ Hollingsworth, right after high school. He liked my qualities and offered me the job for the season.

• Conducted pre-season player assessments to evaluate skill level and physical condition.
• Mentored student athletes on how to prepare mentally for competition.
• Monitored athletes' academic progress, ensuring they maintained satisfactory grades.
• Organized off-season conditioning programs focused on strength training and cardiovascular endurance.
• Worked with the strength and conditioning coach on designing off-court training programs.
