▪Calling patients for appointments reminders. answering and routing calls. Making transactions, handle cash and keep paperwork organized.
▪ Appointment tracker monitoring.
▪ Creating and Retrieving new and existing medical records by gathering appropriate contents and follow federal HIPAA regulations and practice policies for the privacy and security of our patients.
▪ Escort patients to the exam room and prepare them for their visit with the physician.
▪ Daily chart prep and obtaining consult referrals.
▪ Obtaining demographic, billing, clinical and all necessary information for our patients.
▪ Exchanging necessary information with administration, physician and nursing staff.
▪ Training new hires
▪ Travel to other centers as needed.
▪ Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in administration systems including MS Office
