Oversee day-to-day operations laboratories.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
Equipment Management:
Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and instruments.
Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
Ensure that equipment is properly utilized and meets quality standards.
Inventory Control:
Manage and control laboratory inventory, including reagents, chemicals, and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Keep accurate records of inventory and usage.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
