• Pick, pack, process, and ship orders accurately and timely as assigned by leadership.
• Meet or exceed engineered metrics such as units picked per hour and orders per hour.

Operational Proficiency:

• Effectively use and solve basic problems with picking/putting systems and scanners.

Work Environment:

• Keep warehouse area clean and organized at all times.
• Engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development activities.

Patient Care:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive services.
• Diagnose and treat dental issues with an emphasis on prevention and early intervention.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and restorations as needed.

Community Outreach and Education:

• Conduct oral health education sessions to promote good oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Engage with the community to raise awareness about the importance of oral health and its impact on overall health.
• Develop and distribute educational materials tailored to the specific needs of the community.

Preventive Programs:

• Implement and manage community-based preventive programs such as school dental health initiatives and fluoride varnish programs.
• Work with local health organizations and schools to integrate oral health into broader health education efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of preventive programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Travel and Outreach:

• Travel to various rural locations within the forest region to provide dental services.
• Set up and manage mobile dental clinics or temporary dental care facilities as needed.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained and transported safely and efficiently.
  

Comprehensive Dental Care

• Conduct thorough dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive treatments.
• Diagnose and treat common dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and infections.
• Perform restorative procedures including fillings, extractions.
  

Preventive Dentistry:

• Implement community-based preventive programs such as fluoride varnish applications and dental sealants.
  Organize and participate in school dental health programs and health fairs.
• Educate the community on proper oral hygiene practices through workshops and seminars.
  

Emergency Dental Services:

• Provide urgent and emergency dental care for acute dental problems and injuries.
• Develop and implement protocols for managing dental emergencies in rural settings.
  

Health Promotion and Education:

• Create and distribute educational materials on oral health and disease prevention.
• Engage with community leaders and local organizations to raise awareness about the importance of oral health.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for local health workers on basic dental care and prevention techniques.
  

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with other healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and community health workers, to provide integrated care.
• Coordinate with local schools, community centers, and health organizations to maximize the reach of dental health programs.
• Report to the Ministry of Health on the status of dental health initiatives and community needs.
  

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Health regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on dental health activities and outcomes.
