Isabela Moore

Coaching multiple club volleyball teams that include travel tournaments all around the United States. I am around many children aging between 6-18 along with their parents. I coach with about 30 other individuals so working with others is something I do often and enjoy. I've improved multiple players skills through individualized coaching, tailored to their strengths and weaknesses. I also enhance team performance by implementing strategic training plans and conducting regular practice sessions changing the goals due to what the team needs. Along with coaching, I do several admin work tasks as well. I help with making coaching schedules, team practices, and clinics all with the help of using spreadsheets. I also send several emails to parents regarding payments, different team/clinic opportunities, and merch they may want to buy. I am always helping in extra ways and have developed strong relationships with players, fostering teamwork and communication on and off the court.

Lead a middle school volleyball team and drove the bus to games. Conducted practices for two separate teams and was in charge for gym setup on game days. Increased team's overall win rate with consistent evaluations of game footage and targeted improvement strategies. Fostered a positive coaching environment by addressing player concerns promptly and providing constructive feedback. Managed budget effectively, allocating resources for travel expenses, equipment purchases, and facility rentals.

Served food and alcohol to many customers and handled togo orders. Served tables ranging from one to about 70 customers at one time, so managing multiple things at once is a high level skill of mine. I take pride in customer service and set high expectations for my level of service to others. The way I enhanced customer satisfaction is by maintaining a clean and organized dining area consistently.
