I gained hands-on experience with IV insertion, medication administration, and performing CPR in urgent situations, demonstrating accuracy and composure under pressure. I consistently engaged in interdisciplinary communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless teamwork. My experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, prioritize patient safety, and provide compassionate, evidence-based care in fast-paced clinical environments.

- In my time as a Student Nurse Intern, I gained hands-on experience under the supervision of registered nurses. I assisted with daily living activities such as feeding and bathing. I observed and assisted in medication administration as well as performed skills such as foley catheter insertion and obtained intravenous access. In this time, I also gained exposure to different specialty units and shadowed other parts of the interdisciplinary team such as respiratory therapy and physical therapy.
