I communicated with customers to gather information on their specific requirements, such as quantity, design, color preference, name, phone number, and email address. With that, I would keep track of their orders and files to keep things organized and efficient. I would use communication and interpersonal skills to effectively publicize offerings and connect with individuals to identify their preferences. I would be on top of keeping things organized and everything tidy, neat, and spotless. I worked on getting things written down and finalized with my parents, as well as processing orders, putting orders aside, and gathering the supplies to start orders and make the products the clients purchased. More of my experience with unpaid jobs is, I am great with children of all ages, and I can and have provided childcare services without pay. I am an amazing caregiver and great with hospitality. This includes, but is not limited to, watching over children whose parents cannot leave them home alone, caring for and babysitting infants, and caring for grandparents and the elderly.
