Isabella Coalter

This was more of an internship than a job. As a senior in high school, I had a class where I was a teacher's assistant to a forth grade teacher. I made and graded assignments. I helped kids with assignment. I served as a positive role model for students by demonstrating professionalism, respectfulness, and an unwavering commitment to education excellence. I communicated and supported kids with autism and other behavioral differences, and I communicated with kids who were learning english as non-native speakers.

I fixed minor problems arcade games and filed them with tickets. I helped kids pick out prizes. I calculated the amount of tickets kids had left. I maintained a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

I cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads. I restocked supplies and prepared additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods. I followed proper handling and sanitation procedures to comply with food safety standards and protocols. I prevented food spoilage by monitoring dates, rotating stock, and following proper storage procedures. I learned other teammates' work tasks to train as backup. My main job was the pizza line, and I checked off everything on the to do list on my own.
