While I worked at Bubbas 33, I learned the basics of how a restaurant operates, I learned how to properly accommodate guests for the best possible seating, how to help the servers have the right customers in their sections. At my time there I also learned how to deal with customers in the restaurant business as it is very different from the retail world. I also worked in ToGos and expo for a period of time handling food and preparing orders in a timely manner.
