As a volunteer on the UCLA campus, I pledged to get 30% of marine-protected territories protected by 2030 from overfishing and oil drilling. Spent most of my week stopping people and asking them to pledge money to save marine life. I participated in a lobby day in Sacramento in March with fellow activists to push this issue through to get the higher-up's attention.
I also was a part of the Save The Bees campaign where we tried to ban Neonics from being used as are killing Bees and harming the environment.
When I was six years old I started guitar lessons and had been playing in several rock bands from the age of nine years old. I played Upright Bass in my high school Orchestra and play electric bass in my free time. Since the age of twelve, I was a part of the Chicago Children's Choir now known as Uniting Voices Chicago. I went on tour twice to Phoenix and New Jersey to spread the message to inspire and change lives through music. I gained a lot of experience with performing in public and gaining professionalism. Around the age of twelve, I also attended a girl's rock camp where we created our own bands and performed in a concert venue in Pilsen called Thalia Hall.
Three summers ago I was accepted into the UCLA summer Music Industry intensive and did some music supervision where I took music and placed it into famous scenes from movies and TV. I am now attending UCLA as a Music History and Industry Major, next year I will be doing Marching band.
