The main responsibilities of being a Lead Beauty Advisor include:

• Efficient knowledge of store policy

The key component of ensuring an excellent experience for both customers and employees is clear communication between management and store associates. Communication and motivation is the most important part of my job as Lead Beauty Advisor to increase productivity.

• Responded quickly to incidents and assessed active situations for security concerns.
• Checked personnel ID badges and issued temporary credentials to visitors.
• Completed full building and grounds patrols every three hours to spot and investigate concerns.
• Reduced vandalism and criminal activity by keeping a close eye on-premises through personal checks and CCTV monitoring.

• Ensuring each yarn product produced is of good quality and meets the criteria for customers.
• Being responsible for personal workload, as well as working together as a team to complete side tasks.

• Answered telephone calls to offer office information, answer questions, and direct calls to staff.

• Scheduled patient appointments in respective doctors' calendars and followed up with reminder phone calls.
