Promoted to direct their Music and Drama programs

• created multiple content and lesson plans for groups ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade
• taught and managed multiple groups of 15+ children daily, 45-minute lesson plans focused
  on fun and learning
• directed the Morning Show, a daily variety show across all age groups
• developed and documented music and drama programming for ADC to use going forward
• worked with a budget to source and operated the required musical instruments and audio equipment

• assigned a second bus of 28 students to manage in 2023 and trained an assistant
• collected camper data on bus stop locations, family units, and friends to create best rosters for each bus

• 2022 assigned a bus full of 28 campers aged 3 to 13, to manage, entertain, soothe and account for during multiple stops from Montclair to Moraga and back again while monitoring vehicular safety, giving directions and even breaking up fights.
• worked without the support of a co-counselor and trained a new teenage counselor in the final camp session.
• would often put in an hour of overtime chaperoning children until late parents arrived

• each session I managed a group of 12+ children in different age groups ( grades 1 to 5)
• operated a tight rotating schedule of 45-minute activity classes five days a week while enforcing constant hydration and sunscreen checkpoints
• supervised offsite activities that included canoeing, horseback riding, biking and overnight camping
• managed, trained and set an example for my counselor in training each session (aged 14-16)
• trained by ADC owners in overall child safety, archery and rockwall safety, social and group management
• acted as a positive role model, demonstrating strong leadership skills and exemplifying the camp''s core values.

Studied English, Japanese, Geometry, Biology and Piano

• auditioned for and was accepted into OAS, attended in middle and high school with a Theater major
• studied five fields of Theater including Musical Theater, Playwriting, Directing, Acting and Stage Management
• college preparatory academic classes taught at OSA would always incorporate visual and performance art, which developed my natural eye for design and craftiness.
• worked in and behind the scenes of countless school productions. Whether it was a leading role, writing the script, costuming the actors or staying late to take headshots for an entire cast of middle schoolers, I was always excited to take on the challenge.
