I led my team of employees to prepare and cook the correct amount of food necessary to meet sales that day. I worked with a team of a multitude of age ranges and gave them advice as well as encouragement to finish by a certain time for the store to open efficiently. I put away weekly food orders by myself. I trained new managers and advised them with the knowledge i’d attained. I learned a multitude of back of house positions that i was responsible for, and worked with a team of managers to make sure the store ran up to standards.

Operated the cash register, as well as worked all front of house positions to provide customers with a friendly experience upon entering the store. I also managed the lobby and maintained clean sanitary conditions to ensure a put together first impression for customers.

Worked with children from ages ranging from 3 years old, to 7 years. I worked with them in teaching basic taekwondo skills such as punching, blocking, and kicking, to attaching fun games and drills along with them. I communicated with parents as well to advertise the business, and provided orientations to give them a look into what we provided for their children. I ran tests that the children needed to take in order for them to advance to the next belt level and made their experience as fun as possible.
