• Provide hands-on coaching and skill development for athletes, spotting and guiding gymnasts through various exercises, techniques, and routines to ensure safety and progression.
• Lead and motivate groups of children in a positive, supportive environment, fostering teamwork, confidence, and discipline both on and off the mat.
• Communicate effectively with parents, offering updates on performance, progress, and upcoming events, building strong relationships to promote a community atmosphere.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills, managing classes, creating structured training sessions, and adapting coaching techniques to meet the needs of individual gymnasts.
• Ensure a safe, organized environment while reinforcing the importance of sportsmanship, perseverance, and personal growth.

Custodial

• Manage and operate the small on-site concession stand, providing high-quality customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of gym facilities, including regular cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a welcoming, sanitary environment for both athletes and visitors.
• Handle money with accuracy and efficiency, balancing registers and ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe space in both the gym and concession area, contributing to a positive overall experience for families and gym members.
