• Facilitate weekly diabetes prevention classes for middle-aged adults with pre-diabetes
• Coach participants on variety of topics, including eating choices, healthy lifestyle changes, and exercise choices, resulting in improved health outcomes
• Collaborate with team of 6 students to ensure coaching information is delivered properly to maximize patient engagement and understanding
• Facilitated group coaching sessions that provided opportunities for peer interaction, support building, and shared learning experiences among clients.

• Interact with patrons to help with finding books, checking in/out books, finding technology, booking rooms, answering library questions, and any other needs a patron might have
