Through involving myself to the snowboard community working as a snowboard lead with EVO Seattle and a warehouse associate at C3 Ballard, I strive to make myself as valuable of an asset to the community by keeping the passion alive and ensuring the sport stays a worry free experience full of powder and self discover. As well as setting the example of how welcoming the snow sport community should be, through quality customer service, memorable one on one sales, and precise quality control in delivery of hard goods.

  • Actively utilizing engaging conversations with customers in order to carefully curate products that align with their needs and interest. As well as creating a sense of comradery in every purchase to preserve the sense of excitement and "stoke" for customers as most from EVO would say.
  • Thoroughly discussing issues with customers and communicating with supervisors and store managers to come to a clear and concise solution, easing customers' overall experience.
  • Managing the snowboard crew by setting the standard of quality customers sales with one on one in depth training. Setting the example by engaging with customers amidst my fellow team as a direct representation of expectancy.
  • Supporting fellow co workers with covering appointments and providing input towards gear specs or sales techniques. Maintaining a clean workspace while delegating daily house cleaning task amongst myself and others.
