• As an operator I learned how to do multiple jobs within GFT. I learned the filler job, the oxides station and the Makers position, I have also helped with the washroom.
• I am currently training on Pulling and Recovery to become more accustomed with operating fully in GFT
• Reported failures, malfunctions or wear issues on equipment to supervisor.
• Learned and followed safety and emergency procedures.
• Retained safe and clean work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Rotated among various workstations, performing work necessary to meet production needs.

As a Filler Operator, I have the job of filling tanks with certain types of gels, dyes, and paints, making sure that tanks are taken to the right area to be mixed or transferred to the necessary machine. I also have the duty of ensuring that certain tanks that have oxides are taken to that certain station in order to obtain the specific ingredients it needs. I also make sure that certain faults that may appear on the computer are fixed. I also take care of the batch records.

• Communicated with kitchen staff frequently to stay up-to-date on supply availability and potential customer wait times.
• Handled food safely and kept spaces clean to protect customers from foodborne illness and maintain proper sanitation.
• Completed opening and closing checklists to facilitate smooth restaurant operations.
