Concrete Polishing

• This process also includes the use of a penetrant chemical known as a hardener. The concrete densifier/harden penetrates into the concrete and creates a chemical reaction to help harden and dust-proof the surface. During concrete polishing, the surface is processed through a series of steps (in general a minimum of four grinding steps of processing is considered polished concrete) utilizing progressively finer grinding tools. The grinding tools are progressive grits of industrial diamonds in a bonded material such as metal/hybrid/resin often referred to as diamond polishing pads.

Warehouse Concrete Floor Grinding-

• (F–min) floor profiling for new and existing VNA Warehouses and Distribution Centers. F-min is the SuperFlat floor industry standard measuring system for very narrow aisle (VNA) Defined-Traffic floors. It is expressed as a unitless number for both the Longitudinal and Transverse axis for an exact wheelbase configuration of a given VNA forklift truck or order picker crane in high-stack warehouses, and higher the number, the more flat and level the floor.

Epoxy Coating-
