As 1st, I am responsible for maintenance on air compressors and Caterpillar Diesel Generators on my morning watch. After my morning watch I became a day worker and was responsible all general maintenance outside of the engine room including deck winches, whistle's, unloading conveyor system, galley, etc. I would also oversee 2 engineers and 2 unlicensed crew on their day to day jobs. I have some experience welding. I've been part of multiple engine overhauls on Colt Pielstick Engines. As 2nd, I would stand 2-4 hr watches and was responsible for boilers & MSD system along with making rounds thru out engine room.
As 3rd I would stand 2-4 hr watches. My duties included but not limited to MSD system & running OWS as needed along with making rounds thru out engine room.

Made daily rounds, sweep, mop, assistant engineers as needed, take care of stores, general cleaning of engine room, assist vendors, written rounds, maintenance of conveyor unloading system.
