I stepped down from my supervisor role to focus on a medical procedure and the recovery. I am currently working in an aerospace property but am looking to full time schedule at a soft-profile account.

Coordinated operations with outer building departments: Patrols: maintaining visibility while spot-checking my officers and areas of interest. Identify and resolve issues with my staff and building maintenance. Keep the property and it's occupants safe and liabilities: enforcing code of conduct policy. Train, mentor & lead my team.

Here is where I cut my teeth on badge processing/access, paperwork processing, and business-like communication with Outlook and Teams. and customer service. Would reach out to the NAM (Security Director) if IDF rooms overheated or incident reports after hours. Email was utilized especially for after hours communication. My first soft-profile gig.
