Designed ESP units with specifications tailored to well information, working with application engineers and sales representatives to fit customers' needs, used product knowledge and design software to engineer ESP Unit designs, while actively keeping the productivity of the equipment to a maximum.
  • Field service tech. Performed startups, installs, pulls, and well checks of Levare's ESPs. Ran field test of VSDs, cable, and the ESP as a unit. Filed reports, and collaborated with customers, rig crews, and engineers to ensure technical accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient job execution.
  • Shop Assembly, Testing, and Calibration of pumps, motors, seals, and VSDs.
  • VSD assembly, sizing, and testing (design software and hands-on). Performed load and no-load tests, as well as maintenance and repairs of drives in the shop and location.
  • ESP equipment teardown, DIFA procedures on pumps, motors, seals, and intakes to analyze and diagnose malfunctions with equipment alongside reliability engineers and customers.
