fusion mechanical is a stainless only shop

they have had some carbon structural but very rarely that was flux cored

tig is the main process that i use there

most of the time it’s stainless until but it is likely to get other exotic alloys such as inconel, duplex as we have had in the past

things i have welded at fusion mechanical

8 in XS Duplex Header, consisted of 10 3 in olets with pup pieces coming off the olets with square flanges on the pups

welded plenty of sch 10 stainless from 1” to 30” pipe

welded at sti for almost 2 years and welded a variety of carbon steel piping with different processes

Tig - In all position welds, rollout welds

Flux Core - In all positions, rollout welds

Hardwire (Mig) - Some procedures called for mig beads, can weld mig downhill in position as well
