Summary

Over the last Three years working in the Customer service industry I have learned from my mistakes & fixed my perspective. I have become fast-paced & resilient to work under pressure to making on time targets which then helped me get promoted. I try my best everyday at work to help my team reach the same expectations & hopefully a better position. A fun fact about my school journey is i have been to all School Districts (Fresno, Central & clovis). I say this because i have met all the different types of people in the city & It really helps me out with work that i have gain a lot of knowledge about my past friends, students, teachers, colleagues & locals.
