Sometimes the buildings escape rooms reach waits of 30 to 45 minutes per room which tends ti make some guest upset at the fact that they have to wait, It is the job of managemnt to make sure that the guest either leaves satisfed of what we composate them with or try to convince them to take a breather and come back when its slower to avoid having to give a refund.
