  • Supervisor of the Support Team and the First Impressions Team.
  • Leader and Manager. Lead teams of up to seven individuals. All with different expertises and expectations. Hire, train and build great relationships with all new employees.
  • Coach and Talent Acquisition. I have hired and trained 10+ individuals who have moved up the ranks and taken on leadership roles themselves. I have a great eye for talent and have a one of a kind coaching style.
  • Public Speaker/Presentation Expert. Travel to all of our major events and provide an in person onboarding experience for all new clients (that attend the event and enroll to our program). Host and connect with multiple groups of up to 50 people. Presentation and hosting skills are bar none.
  • Presentation Software. Developed a new team (FIT) and program (under the Support umbrella) to create a more ideal onboarding experience for new clients. Virtual 1 on 1 and or group onboarding presentations that provide white glove service and an exceptional onboarding experience to all new clients.
  • Customer Service Guru. Provide "raving fans" type of customer service. We don't just want happy/satisfied clients, we want "raving fans"! Build, manage, and maintain relationships for all of our coaching members, coaches and non-coaching members (5,000+ clients and 200+ coaches). Direct point of contact for our highly successful Agents, Team Leaders & their Agents, Brokers, and our Real Estate Coaches.
  • Data Analysis/CRM/Salesforce Specialist. Created reports from within our CRM (Salesforce) that show data and provide insights for the team's work flow and productivity.
  • Visionary. Created countless different processes to ensure client and coach success. Examples include the Onboarding presentations (in person and virtual), Refreshers (virtual), and various Call Campaigns to gain more client engagement/sales.
  • Retention Specialist. Handled rescission/cancellation requests and helped save clients. Worked with clients to understand why they want to opt out of the program, and I would offer my expertise to ensure the member re-engages and commits to the program. With the addition of the FIT team, we helped with retention of our new members. Retention for new clients went from 75% retention to 95%!
  • Software Expert. Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Presentations, CRM, and multiple operating systems expert.
  • Train new members on how to use our CRM and sophisticated online ecosystem.
  • Leader of the Emergency Response Team.
