● Coordinate day-to-day operations of services and programs (e.g., meals, vaccinations, mail delivery), rounding with service providers to ensure adequate inventory, preparation, and availability to meet guest needs
● Manage room and guest information within HOST NYC system ● Oversee vendor intake and distribution of guest mail or deliveries
● Support on-site operations as directed by Site Manager
● Communicate with site vendors and program leaders to ensure alignment on key events (e.g., new guest intakes, new program or policy adoption)
