Human Centromere Project : Miga Lab
- Developed a computational method to identify CENP-B box sites within a specific array and analyzed data to locate regions enriched with CENP-B protein to better understand mechanisms of cell division. Used scripting and data analysis tools to visualize and validate large-scale genomic data. Collaborated with the research team to refine and validate the model, which was used to study centromere structure and function during cell division by the University of California, Santa Cruz.
