1. Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer

2. Following a script, screenplay or outline

3. Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs

4. Inputting graphics to enhance footage

5. Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file

6. Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage

7. Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision

1. Coordinates all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production. Ensures that all parties are informed of and meet deadlines.

2. . Prepares layouts, designs, artwork and formats for use in publication and /or exhibition design.

3. Layout and scale photos, marking them for proper screen values for print reproduction.

4. Designs, lays out, and produces artwork such as graphs, maps, charts, posters, signs and report cover.

5. Organizes copy flow and maintains database/bibliographic/archival retrieval system of all references used in creation of published materials.

6. May manage budget, including invoicing, tracking project expenditures and assisting in budget development by summarizing, researching and analyzing past project expenditures.

7. May coordinate relationship with vendors; preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval; 8. May handle copyright, reprint, and permission processes; 9. May provide information to faculty, students and staff regarding design of publication; 10. Oversees and trains graphic assistants; 11. Performs related duties as required.

1. Planning and filming live events, short films and ad shoots

2. Ensuring all filming equipment is ready and in proper working order

3. Directing and assigning tasks to Camera Operators and Lighting Technicians

4. Undertaking minor editing of film footages in the case of smaller productions

5. Understanding client briefs, offering creative feedback and providing an estimated filming budget

6. Discussing ideas with the Creative team prior to filming

7. Coordinating and assisting Wedding Videographers and small production houses in filming bridal shoots, promotional campaigns videos, wedding videos, etc.

8. Ensuring filming in proper lighting and audio clarity with perfect lens choice

9. Providing creative direction when inserting captions, graphics, special effects and video texts especially for advertising products

10. Contacting and negotiating with suppliers for equipment, products and services

11. Troubleshooting minor technical issues with the video camera

12. Ensuring consistency in filming from start to finish

13. Cleaning and disassembling hardware such as tripod, lighting and gimbal

14. Maintaining and updating equipment inventory

15. Compiling training videos that juniors could refer
