• Performed Thermal modeling of the Exhaust System
• Developed Engine Model on ETAS ASCMO to calculate Intake Air charge for the engine using Artificial Neural Network.
• Off Nominal Calibration for Spark adjust at High Manifold Air Temperature.
• Designed an effective Derate strategy for thermal protection of engine at high Coolant and Manifold Air Temperature
• Planned Engine Tests on the Engine Performance Dynamometer Test Cell for Calibration Activities.
• Assisted the Drivability and Emission teams by analyzing data and making calibration changes during on-road testing.

Project: Base Engine and Emission Aftertreatment System Calibration of 3.7L Engine (Non Road application)

• Performed Calibration of the Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDI) Diesel Engine and Exhaust Aftertreatment system (SCR and DPF) to comply with the BS Trem 5 emission standard for Transient and Steady-State cycle tests.
• Performed Cold Start testing and calibration of the engine till -25 Deg C in Cold Chamber.
• Performed Temperature and Pressure modeling of the Exhaust After-treatment System.

Project: AVL Drive Testing (Vehicle Benchmarking)

• Performed Vehicle benchmarking, Data Acquisition, Data validation, and Report Generation of Drive Tests of vehicles using the AVL Drive System.

• Assisted in commissioning of Powertrain Testbed.
• Assisted in Open loop and Close Loop commissioning of the Virtual Testbed Setup on Hardware in Loop (HIL) setup.
• Assisted in Designing DOE for Internal Combustion Engine Calibration using AVL CAMEO.
