Primarily, my background stems from Aviation. However, over the past five years, I have worked at EVICORE, my experience level has grown tremendously, starting as a Consumer Engagement Phone Representative, and Training Assistant, I worked my way to Operations Co-coordinator within 6 months and then on to Trainee Business Analyst. My education gained from working in different departments has allowed me to understand the functions of our organization, the reasons why we do things and also to understand when things need to be changed. It has taught me how to communicate in a professional manner and to be tactful while being informative. At the Agent level, I was taught how to think on my feet, by the Operations Coordinator level, I learned how to address situations, and at the BA Trainee Level, I learned how to identify issues before they occurred, creating solutions through collaboration, communicating and tracking issues while at the same time, always maintaining professionalism. Currently, I hold the Title of Resource Planning Analyst. This role brings forward the need to be ever-evolving in the workplace so that all processes are streamlined and all goals are met on time, so as to avoid a penalty by the relevant governing authority, the work being done here is time sensitive and requires an Aptitude that goes beyond the regular call center environment. 

Currently I am also a Drone Operator with the ability to travel Internationally and throughout the Continental USA.

Being in my last position at Air America, I have significant experience with working Independently and also as part of a team, here is where I was able to learn Time, People and Crew Resource Management.
