• President of the National Association of Black Journalists, Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communications,
• Facilitated all executive and general body meetings. Helped organize funds to raise for attendance at the organizations first appearance at the NABJ National conference.
• Assigned positions, participated in voluntary and charity work, led social justice instruction to change aspects of Gaylord college to be more inclusive and accepting.
• Diversity training, career building workshops and sessions.
• Created an affinity space within the college for more well-rounded discussions.
• Assisted with the creation of the association of LGBTQ+ journalists, as well as having unity events with the other journalists' societies within our college.
• President of Headington College Council, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. Planned and ran all executive and general meetings with all members of the council's twenty members.

• Journey of Hope Counseling Center, helped other grieving students and families through sessions and self-healing discussions and seminars. Instructed and led group therapy sessions and meetings for families suffering from loss.
• Plano Balloon Festival, cheered on and encouraged marathon joggers. Helped hand out water and other needs for the marathon runners.
• Community Service Building Inc, helped with construction and rearrangement of kids' classrooms for the daycare center. Helped instruct and educate students dropped off, as well as take care of older individuals needing assistance. Helped enhance the ability of human service agencies to serve in Norman and Cleveland County.
