Isidro Marquez

Hello my name is Isidro Marquez, I am currently pursuing my colligate degree. I am originally from Houston but I moved to Nacogdoches to attend college. I am bilingual and can speak Spanish fluently. I'm patient and willing to take on any task given to me. I value the culture around this space and will do my best to adhere to the costumers desires. My goal is to create lasting impact in the places I work in and with the people I work with. The time I spent as a project manager shaped my entire approach to working. It was a physically demanding job which conditioned me to work effectively. The newly gained efficiency combined my leadership role sharpened my ability to accurately asses situations. The initial apprehensive attitudes the coworkers took toward a younger manager was to be expected, but I over came that by establishing my foundational knowledge as a leader and worker. The interpersonal communication between the clients and I, taught me to understand a clients wants and needs. I would then revolve my technical skills and knowledge around their desires to meet the clients expectations. I am committed to to seeing the companies and their clients thrive.
