Projects:

1. Military Medical City Hospital.

• Assist the Hospital operator in the handing over process.
• Review the Design and installation works to make sure they are inline with the local healthcare regulations, Health technical memorandum, NFPA and the relevant international codes / standards.
• Review the Testing & commissioning reports prepared by the contractor and the third party.

2. WALDORF ASTORIA Hotel (by Hilton) , (4B+LG+UG+MZ+43+U43+LR+R+UR Storey ).

• Review the Electrical / ELV design drawings and specifications to ensure design adequacy and their compliance to the relevant local regulations and standards.
• Review submitted Electrical / ELV shop drawings, material Submittals, method statement and the technical calculations against the IFC drawings, project specifications, local regulations, authority requirements and international best practice.
• Provide technical inputs and experience to Resolve the electrical engineering related issues and reply to the technical queries ( RFIs ) raised by the project contractors. Supervise and technically assist discipline Engineers /Inspectors.
• Attend technical and progress meetings with the contractor/client's representative.
• Prepare project periodical reports (written and photographic) on the progress of works, quality and technical conformance of the works and safety
• Manage the predecessor electrical activities (system testing and commissioning) and inspections required prior to the related authority inspections ( QCDD , MOI ,Woqod,KAHRAMAA).

• Define the project scope of work as per IFC drawings, BOQ and specifications
• Review the project time plan and milestone dates
• Review the Electrical / ELV shop drawings, the technical / material submittals, the method statements and the technical calculations to ensure that all of them are raised in accordance with the project specifications
• Monitoring and control the daily activities of the Electrical /ELV site team / subcontractors and ensure the work is done as per time plan and according to Local codes, KAHRAMAA, QCDD Regulations and the project specifications
• Following up the Engineering and procurement process to make sure the delivery of material will be on time as per project plan
• Assist the commercial department in the claims and variation order process
• Manage the testing & commissioning and leading the required tasks /activities required for authority inspections and approvals for obtaining the building completion certificate

• Review the Electrical design drawings and specifications for the Electrical / ELV systems to ensure design adequacy and their compliance to the relevant local regulations, HTM and standards and to submit RFI to the consultant for any design concerns or missing information
• Prepare/Review the Electrical /ELV shop drawings, the technical submittals, the method statements and the technical calculations to ensure that all documents are raised in accordance with the project specifications, standards , the local regulations

• Fit out works of the West Bay medical Center at the gate mall - (Design Consultant: UHS, Supervision: MZ&P)
• Msheireb Doha downtown - phase 1B - (CEG consultant)
• Rayyan plaza complex (Hotel &offices) complex twin Tower (Pullman Hotel) -( ACG Consultant )
