I was responsible for the transformation of plasmids into E.coli cells, the large scale growth of E.coli and expression of our protein of interest, and the purification of the protein of interest to be used for NMR and EPR protein dynamic studies.

• Ran EPR/NMR experiments on spin-labeled AsLOV2 to study protein dynamics.
• Was responsible for the process of growing then expressing our protein in E.coli cells.
• Was responsible for protein purification using numerous instruments.

• Created take home testing kits that were distributed to students and staff for later testing appointments.
