Bachelor of Science graduate in cellular and developmental biology with experience in undergraduate research and biotech industry who has hopes of becoming an independent researcher through the path of a PhD program. Driven by a robust background in biochemical labs and tutoring, I would like to expand my research and teaching capabilities. Under the guidance of scientific directors and a principal investigator, I have significantly contributed to oncological research and protein dynamics, showcasing my passion for discovery.
I was responsible for the transformation of plasmids into E.coli cells, the large scale growth of E.coli and expression of our protein of interest, and the purification of the protein of interest to be used for NMR and EPR protein dynamic studies.
