Accomplishments

While being the urinalysis testing manager for company of 80 individuals. I was able to meet the army’s 10 percent a week testing policy.

Updated 5 key buildings standard operating procedures (SoPs)to meet new guidelines and regulations.

Created a new tracking system on excel as building manager. With this new system, we were able to track the building maintenance schedule as well as management of each appliance in the building.

Implementing a new work order system.

The new system had a new update form. When the resident submitted the form. It would be tracked by the resident, building manager and by Department of Public Works.
