Summary

Hello! My name is Ismael Navarro. I am a graduate student from CSULA, interested in the Artist and Animation Industry. I was into creativity at such a young age that I found that a single idea from a person's mind can turn into a big franchise with just a single piece of paper and pencil. During my time at CSULA, I've improved greatly resulting in making it to the Dean's list within my 5 years at CSULA. I am on the path to making a short film for my Capstone project. After graduating, I want to pursue my career as not only an artist but also a storyboard artist and 2D animator.

However, I also want to build a comic book franchise I am working on as I am a comic book fan of both Marvel and DC. I'm already planning with the characters already created and written. But I want to take my time with it.

Overall, I'm looking forward to future spots and positions in storyboarding and 2D Animation.

  • Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
  • Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
  • Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
  • I am assigned to a position in one of the corridors of the seating charts in the church.
  • Passing the basket collecting charity from the guests who are seated.
  • Continue to switch sides at a fast rate to collect both sides of the seating charts when placed in the center corridor.
  • After finishing collecting, I place the charity in a larger basket and take it to the center of the church alongside my co-worker who accompanies me and places the charity at the center before returning back to our seats.
  • Once the church session is almost over, we sometimes do a second collection for another donation and perform the same task all over again. But the difference is that we place it in a smaller basket and place it in a separate area from the main one to avoid confusion on where the donations go to.
