Perform repairs or replace on electrical, HVAC and pluming such as troubleshoot electrical connections; bulbs, ballast, conduit, run electrical wire, CAT cable, motors, belts. HVAC; AC contactor, run capacitor, welding, brazing. Assist in HVAC systems such as charging, testing for leaks, making repairs removing HVAC parts, recover refill refrigerant. Pluming; Vacuum breakers, flushometers, solenoids for sinks, single and dual flush side mounts repair kits, toilet wax rings, drop ceiling tiles, vinyl floors, painting, patching, and replace filters, performs various custodial jobs such as; help direct a team of custodial employees, cleaning classrooms and bathrooms, stripping, waxing floor and participation in continuous improvement program and responsible for coming up with ideas/suggestions for improvement.
