• Responsible for compliance with the production schedule in three cutting lines for tempered glass for the automotive line, development of Standard Operating Procedures, time and motion studies, monthly WCM project leader, management of unionized personnel (20 operators), programming and adjustment of HEGLA, BYLA, and BAVILONE machinery, adjustment of KAWASAKI robotic arms, monitoring and compliance with 5S's, EHS, waste control, cyclical inventories, production reporting in SAP, waste control, and customer audit management.
• Achievements: Reduction of waste in the BAVILONE production line from 15% to 8%, and reduction of production stoppages due to a lack of racks with the implementation of an alternate packaging.

• Management of unionized staff (80 operators and 3 production leaders), elaboration and execution of the production program, control of inventory of raw materials (polyethylene) and packaging, release of preheated raw materials, validation and control of mold maintenance, maintenance control of Demac, Battenfeld, and Krauss Maffei machines, scrap control, productivity, elaboration of 8D's, product release at line start-up, elaboration of HOE, AMEFF, SMED control, production control, and statistical process control.
• Achievements: Reduction of quality alerts through the implementation of poka-yokes from 10% to 4%, and reduction of downtime and bottlenecks in resin preheating.

• Management of personnel in the pre-assembly area in the production cells of Tesla, VW, Ford, KIA, FIAT, NISSAN, GM, and AUDI; issuance of quality reports; inspection based on the start-up letter; inspection method and criteria; as well as elaboration of Pareto charts of defects found in each of the cells; and start-up of the Kia WS line.
• Achievements: Contribution to the reduction of waste through participation in improvement teams and WCM projects.
