As part of the maintenance department my tasks included:

• Conducting routine water quality tests to ensure pools were at proper chemical levels.
• Operate and adjust chemical controllers to dose pools.
• Routine maintenance on filters, recirculation baskets, motors, and chemical feed equipment.
• Conducted daily inventory of chemical quantities, testing reagents, and equipment.
• Assisting other water quality technicians as an on call for troubleshooting equipment and tackling issues.

My tasks running the floor managing the restaurant included:

• Always aim to go beyond restaurant and personal goals whether for its for service or internally with our employees.
• Optimizing crew to bring out the most efficiency possible by always keeping busy and focused and maintaining a positive environment.
• Perform hourly travel paths (checklists) to ensure the restaurant is always in compliance with policy and proper procedures.
• Occasionally assist other restaurants when needed.
