I am writing to provide some background information about my employment history with Priority Tire LLC. I started working here on October 17, 2019, and will have been with the company for almost six years.

When I first joined Priority Tire LLC, I began as a warehouse associate. Through hard work and dedication, I progressed to my current position as a Supervisor.

During my time with Priority Tire, I gained extensive experience through various roles, starting as an Unloader, then progressing to Inventory Control and Shipping Clerk. I further advanced to Warehouse Lead and ultimately became a Supervisor.

My promotion to Supervisor on July 23, 2021, demonstrates my rapid growth within the company, reflecting my strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. I am a self-driven individual dedicated to contributing to the success of Priority Tire.

Supervise (Tire Dispatch VYC) which is a fleet within Priority Tire LLC. Tire Dispatch is responsible for managing all orders from local tire shops and delivering residential orders.

  • Making sure all routes left the dock within the allotted time frame.
  • Making sure all drivers are conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of their vans. It is crucial that any issues or problems with the vehicles are reported immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
  • Having daily meetings with the drivers to discuss driving safely and being precautious.
  • All orders were sent via email, and had to be prepare for the drivers so they could dispatch the orders through (Samsara). Samsara its a fleet operations management platform that we used to deliver the orders.
  • Tracking all routes through Samsara, making sure the drivers were making their deliveries on time.
  • Making sure the drivers uploaded their invoices and payments (checks/cash) through Samsara.

Accomplishments

Supervised team of 40 staff members.

  • When I first started at Priority Tire, we operated from a single warehouse in Grand Prairie. As our sales increased, we relocated to a larger warehouse in Coppell. Through consistent employee training and the hard work of our team, the company has now grown to six locations across the U.S. Our approach of training individuals at one location and then having them train others at new locations has certainly been a key factor in this growth.
