  • I had management-level oversight of all maintenance and inspection activities in the facility. While I didn’t perform any maintenance myself, I coordinated with the landlord and external vendors to ensure the facility ran smoothly. My responsibilities included both preventive maintenance (PM) and addressing any random repairs across various aspects of the facility. I created a comprehensive facility vendor contact spreadsheet that listed all the relevant vendors required for maintaining our facility. The areas I was responsible for encompassed, but were not limited to, the following:

1. Forklifts: Both PM and repairs

2. Dock and door: Both PM and repairs

3. HVAC: Both PM and repairs

4. Plumbing: Both PM and repairs

5. Electrical: Both PM and repairs

6. Stretch wrap machines: Both PM and repairs

7. Other machines (Cable cutters, banders, scales): Both PM and repairs

8. Facility janitorial services and supplies: Collaborated with City Wide (Janitorial Services), UniFirst (Janitorial Supply), and UniFirst (First Aid Supply and inspections)

Due to this aspect of my job, I developed a well-rounded vendor list and maintained strong relationships with these vendors in the Indianapolis area. Additionally, I collaborated with other members of the leadership team on capital expenditures projects.
