  • Experience working and helping Intertek NDT technicians inspecting platform integrity using MPI systems
  • While working for Mistras I worked on BP facilities, Thunderhorse, and Atlantis hand in hand with construction crew and paint crew
  • Working in these facilities I got extensive hands-on experience working closely with level 3 technicians rigging up all new job scopes and setting up machinery
  • When working at these facilities I worked extensively with sand and blasting systems and needle scalers
  • Job scopes also required me to handle industrial paint in accordance with BP job scope specifications

  • While working here I was later moved to the NDT group of the company and got extensive hands-on experienced testing all of company 100% welds with ultrasonic testing under the supervision of my NDT leadman
  • When company started to get an enormous amount of increased work, I was let to conduct my own NDT testing, testing all specified welds with Vacuum testing and MPI therefore getting an enormous amount of hands-on experience on both processes
  • In my first years working for Keppel, I was a structural welder welding 100% welds joining big parts of ships and oil rigs
  • While working I was in charge of welding all walls, beams, angles, and supports in the ship compartments
  • I got much work experience using gouge systems, flux cored welding, and shielded metal arc welding
  • I also got plenty of hands-on experience doing structural fitting for the project using overhead cranes to bring in new compartments for ship and fitting them up according to blueprint specification

  • While in college I started getting many contract jobs for construction of apartments and the fire department fabricating needed components for different costumers

  • Built custom trailers for various costumers with different use and applications
  • I was also under contract of Levi transport; I gave welding maintenance to heavy duty 80,000-pound capacity 18 wheelers when they were damaged due to excess loadings.
