  • Responsible for moving and spotting railcars/Tankers throughout the yard or at the rack/building while switching in a safe pace manner on the ground. As well as reviewing the daily switch list and communicating with terminal Master on the day's priorities. Being a Coke barn operator and Crane/ Locomotive/Heavy Equipment operator. My responsibilities as an operator are to oversee the coke tonnage entering the unit with the conveyor scale and Operate plc system that controls belts, shuttles, cylinders, draw downs, flop gates, hydraulic systems. Monitor and control flow rates and levels to efficiently achieve desired flow. Also to load trucks to the exact required weight.
