- Contributed innovative ideas and solutions to enhance team performance and outcomes.we where worki would work on the manholes/water vales on the roads and highways. also place monuments in the city ing in if it was wanted. we would make measurements on cuts for what the frame of the sewer drain sits on. and make cuts with a asphalt saw/concrete saw as well. we had to make sure to use our communication skills to make sure the safety of our coworkers an ourselves. also we would use jack hammers to break through concrete/ asphalt with the asphalt we would make sure it was a clean cut with the jack hammer. i was also learning to operate a skidstir. and also using a vac truck to clean out the dirt to find the manhole after a .new road was made
