As the head of SP for Huedata proprietary design data solutions I am responsible for:

• Spearheading a community-facing project bringing designed basketball courts to major cities in America jointly with a strategic partner, local artists, and NBA players to inspire community ties, love of sports, and DEI values
• Leading strategic projects to drive 40% market expansion through new segment growth and innovative product launches

In this capacity as the Operations Rep in the OPR department that manages financial and strategic processes for grant-making at UJA-Federation my role included:

• Processing pledges and payments to donor accounts
• Reviewing and batch items processed by fundraising staff through Gift Processing
• Entering data provided into the fundraising system
• Managing donor accounts in the fundraising database including incoming/outgoing e-mails correspondence through various OPR mailboxes on Outlook
• Analyzing operational data to identify trends, informing strategic decisions for program enhancements.

Holding internship at the official non-partisan organization of major USA cities, I:

• Conducted a nationwide feasibility analysis for the development and deployment of Pickleball League urban infrastructure
• Developed briefing materials for mayoral meetings, enhancing communication efficiency.
• Presented findings during the 90th Winter Meeting the United States Conference of Mayors of USA Mayors
• Led research on the WNBA and NBA future strategic global expansion plans
• Collaborated with the DC Conference of Mayors leadership team to support conference development and execution

As an Intern Researcher for ALC I was tasked with:

• Collecting data for consulting projects and related studies
• Creating a Medium site to support company content strategy
